Description

One-section oven is designed for frying semi-finished fish, meat and vegetables and baking small culinary products. The oven is made of carbon steel and has one oven with internal dimensions of 538x535x290 mm. There are 4 levels of tray rails inside.

The upper and lower blocks of heating elements allow to heat up the cabinet to the temperature +270 ° C, the time of heating up the oven to +240 ° C - 30 minutes. The cabinet is equipped with 3 trays of 530x470x33 mm in size, made of carbon steel.
