Single Track Switch Type Р65 Model 1/11 for Efficient Railway Transfers

Single ramp of P65 type 1/11 on reinforced concrete bars is designed for transfer of rolling stock from one of the parallel tracks to another. It is used on railway tracks of 1 and 2 classes with mixed freight and passenger train traffic. Flexible shackles with welded rails are used in the arrow.

The crossbar is of prefabricated welded construction - the rail end is welded to the high-manganese steel core. The counter rail is not connected to the track rail. All pads have high flanges.

The shanks are HFI hardened. Frame rails, cross rails, rails of the transfer curve are made of OT350 category rails. Track spacing is 4100 mm.
