Soft Module Right or Left Section 10 for Comfortable Interior Design

Size 1220x700x1010/1770x700x1010 mm. Upholstered module right or left. The module is 2 and 3 seater.

The frame consists of multilayer, moisture-resistant birch plywood 8mm thick, LDSP 22mm, fibreboard 3.2mm. Assembly is made with a frame bracket. The seat is 40mm PPU, density 30kg/m3.

Backrest PPU 20mm, density 22kg/m3. Sides and backrest are glued with PPU 10mm, density 18kg/m3. Parts of the module are screwed together with hexagonal bolts M8x90mm.

Upholstery material is fabric/artificial leather. The bottom of the module is stuffed with spunbond 60 g/m2. The product is mounted on metal supports H135mm, made of 1.5mm thick steel sheet by laser cutting with subsequent bending and welding.

Painting is made by applying polymer powder to the grounded product in an electrostatic field with subsequent curing at T - 180-200°C.
