The vertical boring special machines GAKS-L-7 are designed for blade machining of sealing surfaces of bodies and wedges of steel and cast iron flanged wedge gate valves for pneumatic and hydraulic testing during adjustment. Processed products: wedge gate valves DN 50...800 mm (machine GAKS-L-7-50/800S); wedge gate valves DN 100...1200 mm (machine GAKS-L-7-100/1200S); wedge gate valves DN 200...1400 mm (machine GAKS-L-7-200/1400S). The accuracy class of the machines according to GOST 8-82 is H.

The machines are equipped with CNC, which monitors the machine operation and controls the processes of tool feeding and machining of parts. The machines provide processing of flanges manufactured in accordance with GOST 33259-2015, BS10:1962, ASME/ANSI B16/5. Tilt-coordinate table with adjustable tilt allows machining of sealing surfaces of pipeline valves with an angle from 0 to 12º.
