Spray and Drying Booth for Coating - PST-7200 BDI for Efficient Finishing

Designed for painting products from different materials with liquid paint and varnish materials by aerosol spraying. Description: Paint and drying chamber (PDC) is a hermetically sealed cabin, in which paint and varnish coating is applied to pre-prepared surfaces. The following processes are provided in the DSC: - Supply of air cleaned from atmospheric aerosols and dust to the work area; - Pollen removal from the work area. - Provision of requirements to the technological process (temperature at painting and drying, relative humidity of air) - Prevention of spreading of harmful substances (pollen, vapours of liquid hydrocarbons) in the workshop space - Environmental protection, capture of pollutants formed during work - Ensuring safety of work by including passive and active protections in the design of the chamber.
