Spring Testing Stands for Safety Valves | GAKS-IP for Reliable Performance

Stands are designed to test compression springs of safety valves in three parameters: three-fold compression of the spring static load to obtain the maximum deflection with the subsequent check of residual deformation; compression of the maximum working static load with a measurement of the height of the spring at this load; compression of the spring to a certain size with a measurement of the value of the load. The stands are controlled in automatic mode according to the set programme. It is possible to equip them with an electronic control and measuring system, which allows to memorise and store information on spring parameters on the basis of an identification number. The range of use of the stands covers the whole range of springs of safety valves manufactured by the main Russian manufacturers.
