STANVER "FLOW" Drum Mixer for Efficient Drying and Heating of Inert Materials

The drum-mixer is designed for drying and heating to working temperature of cold inert materials. The STANVER "FLOW" continuous asphalt plant is equipped with inclined mixer drums with countercurrent flow of materials and hot gases. Inside the drum is divided into functional zones: a zone for heating the wet material, a zone for intensive drying and a zone for heating the dried material. In each zone, specially shaped blades of wear-resistant material are attached to the inner wall of the drum, resulting in qualitative and uniform drying of inert materials. High energy efficiency is achieved by optimising the use of natural resources using up to 35% of secondary raw materials - reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP). The availability of a wheeled base allows for the shortest possible time for mounting and dismounting, as well as moving from one production site to another.
