Surgical Spinal Distractor for Vertebral Stabilization (Model 850.020)

Instrument for surgical treatment of the spine. Used for insertion of plates and screws for open or endoscopic anterolateral stabilisation of vertebral bodies from Th 3 to L5. Made of titanium alloy.

Length 228 mm. Ratchet mechanism for movement in the direction of distraction. Maximum distraction length is 100 mm, pitch is 1.5 mm.

The ratchet mechanism has an automatic stop for locking and a manual stop for resetting. Two bars: movable and fixed with movable feet with external threaded gripper. The range of movement of the feet is 180 in increments of 30.

The maximum distraction depth is 314.5 mm. The toothed rail on the outer side has a special undercut for laser marking of the linear movement of the movable distractor bar. On the fixed rod there is a spine screw holder with a measuring ruler.

On the movable rod, a holder for cortical and spongiosa screws with a measuring ruler. Laser marking. Reusable.
