Suspended Shot Blasting Machine for Cleaning Workpieces - Model DTU

The shot blasting machine is designed for cleaning rust, scale, dirt for small metal workpieces and metal structures. The shot blasting machine consists of the following elements.1Talley for transporting the processed workpiece to/from the chamber;2.Workpiece rotation drive;3.Suspended chamber with shot blasting machines (throwers);4.Screw (or scraper) shot collection system for transporting the shot after the workpiece processing to the vertical elevator (elevator);5.Vertical elevator (elevator) for transporting the shot from the screw shot collection system to the separator;6.Vibrating motors for transporting the shot to the auger.7.Separator for shot blasting;7.Separator for cleaning of shot from scale, dirt;8.Accumulation hopper for supply of cleaned shot to throwers9.Dust removal/air purification system for cleaning of air from dust;10.Control cabinet. 11.Service frames with a ladder for service of the vertical.

The unit should be operated at temperature from +1C to +35C, relative humidity 60% at 20C.
