Technological Separator Tank, Type T Model Separator for Efficient Liquid-Gas Separation

The separator includes a horizontal tank with diameter 2024 mm, length 6440 mm. The horizontal tank is mounted on supports and includes a gas-liquid mixture inlet unit, coalescing cartridges, antivortexer. Gas weathering and separation of unstable condensate and saturated methanol takes place in the separator.

Coalescing cartridges are installed in the unit for efficient separation. Technical maintenance of the separator consists in periodical revision and cleaning of internal elements with simultaneous cleaning of internal cavities from mechanical impurities and deposits, checking of sealing rings and gaskets, condition of threaded connections. Before steaming of the separator body all control and measuring equipment should be switched off or dismantled to avoid damage by high temperature.

The splitter is subjected to external and internal inspection at least once every 2 years and to test pressure tests in accordance with the test schedule.
