Description

Germanium telluride for vacuum spraying, TU 20.59.59-007-38857157-2023. It is an alloy or granules of grey colour with metallic shine, size from 0,5 to 10 mm. Chemical formula GeTe.

The area of transparency is 3-23 µm. Refractive index n in the film at l= 1 µm is 6.1. Apparent density is 6.0-6.2 g/cm3.

The delivery set includes the product packed in polyethylene cans or bags, provided with labels indicating the contents of the cans or bags, as well as a document on the quality of the product.
