Traditional Curd Bath TV-100 for Cheese Production and Processing

The curd bath is the main element of a traditional curd production line. It is usually used together with press trolleys and other equipment to cool and press the finished curd. The curd bath is used in the dairy industry and is designed for heating normalised milk to the temperature of the introduction of starter, milk squashing in the process of formation, cooling of curd clot, to obtain curd from milk with subsequent separation of whey in the self-pressing bath.

The curd bath is a semi-cylindrical container made of high quality stainless steel AISI 304 with a heat-exchange jacket. On the left side of the tank there is a curd outlet with a lid.
