Description

Turbomolecular vacuum pump NVT-400 with active magnetic suspension of the rotor operates in the range of 50 Pa (3,8 x 10 -1 mm. Hg) to 6 x10 -6 Pa (4,8 x 10 -8 mm. Hg). Air velocity: 3200 l/s. Thanks to the electric drive with active magnetic suspension of the rotor, the pump is completely oil-free and easy to operate. Turbomolecular vacuum pumps are widely used in all high and ultra-high vacuum applications.
