Universal Kitchen Machine UKM-05 for Meat and Fish Processing

Design composition: Designed for grinding meat and fish for minced meat and stuffing sausages (kupatov) at catering enterprises (canteens, cafes, restaurants), in small sausage shops and farms. The meat grinders are equipped with a powerful electric motor and a reliable gear cylindrical reducer, allowing to process even heavily veined meat. The product includes: drive mechanism - to drive the meat grinder attachment; a meat grinder attachment - for preparing minced meat and fish; a set of "full unger" knives. Additional options: grate with 3 mm holes (mince pate); grating with 12 mm holes (bacon); nozzle for stuffing sausages.
