Description
The system is equipped with two baffles for filtration and sedimentation of heavy particles (metal chips, grinding wheel sludge). A system of draining coolant from each tank is provided. The tank can be easily transported and lifted by electric/mechanical lift.
80% of the basic slurry is captured by a magnetic separator. Filter paper provides fine cleaning down to 0.005mm. One sheet of paper is sufficient for a shift of 12 hours of operation.
A horizontal coolant pump is included.
