UPS Monitoring and Control Controller "SKUP-5" for Efficient Power Management

The monitoring and control controller is designed for displaying and logging the UPS status and all events related to its change. The device supports Megatec, Voltronic communication protocols and allows connection to the UPS via RS-232 port. In addition, the controller has a built-in temperature sensor, one input for connecting an external temperature sensor, one input for connecting a sensor with "dry contact" or "open collector" output, one output line for controlling an external relay and a node for detecting the presence of mains voltage AC 230V, 50 Hz ("phase sensor"). When any sensor readings exceed the set limits, as well as when the input state changes, the controller can send alarm messages via the built-in Ethernet port via SNMP protocol to a remote server. The device supports ICMP protocol (Echo-Request) to monitor the availability of network equipment. The controller also has an RS-485 port for connecting an external metering device.
