Description
Vacuum electrothermal unit KB 155 cap type is designed for various thermal processes in vacuum and neutral gases at temperatures up to 1500C. The unit consists of the main units: frame, cooled vertical chamber (hood) with heaters and thermal screens; hood lifting mechanism with vibration-free electric drive; vacuum system; water cooling system; control cabinet; furnace transformer; thyristor voltage regulator; emergency signalling system. On the hood there are the leads of the current conduits and the suspension lug to the hood lifting mechanism.
Cases and covers are made of stainless steel 12?18?10? with two walls for cooling by flowing water.
