Vertical Centrifugal Pump Unit TV Series for Reliable Fluid Transfer

Pumps of TV type are the result of modernisation of B pumps. The purpose of modernisation is to replace obsolete units with modern high-tech components, which allows to increase the service life of the pump unit, reduce maintenance and repair costs. Rolling bearings are used in this design.

The bearings are lubricated with grease and liquid lubricant. Shaft sealing is gland packing. At the customer's request, a mechanical seal can be installed instead of a gland seal.

Both synchronous and asynchronous electric motors can be used as a drive, which do not absorb axial hydraulic load and the load of the pump rotor plumb. The torque from the electric motor is transmitted by means of an elastic coupling.
