Vertical Electric Pump Units Villina-VS1-M for Safe Liquid Transfer

The Villina-VS1-M vertical electric pump units are designed for pumping neutral, aggressive, toxic, explosion- and fire-hazardous liquids in stationary conditions. The area of application - explosive zones of premises and outdoor installations in accordance with the assigned explosion protection marking and requirements of GOST 31438.1-2011 (EN 1127-1:2007), GOST IEC 60079-14-2013. The pump unit consists of a pump, a motor and a collapsible cistern.

Shaft tightness of the pump is ensured by the use of a sealing bearing unit in the design, which fulfils the functions of a double mechanical seal. The pump version allows the upper mechanical seal to be replaced by a magnetic coupling. The pump consists of a suction and pressure casing with branch pipes, between which there are from 1 to 3 stages including impellers and cages with apparatuses.
