Vortexprom Production Line with CMD5 - 2.5 m³ Capacity for Efficient Mixing

The production line based on the VORTEXPROM CMD5 unit and a 1.3 m3 pre-mixing tank (the tank can be of any volume, according to individual order and agreement with the customer) is designed as a turnkey solution for a company with a production capacity of up to 120,000 litres/month when the company operates one shift 8 hours 20 shifts per month and up to 360,000 litres/month when the company operates three shifts.One employee is required to work on the line (we are talking about working in one shift), but based on the experience of our customers, it is more convenient and practical to have two people working on the line. One employee is more involved in the production process, while the other is engaged in analyses in the laboratory. Both employees can substitute each other in case of need.
