Welding Manipulator MS-3 UZ for Easy Welding Operations (300 kg Capacity)

Manipulator welding model MS-3 U3 with lifting capacity of 300 kg, hereinafter referred to as "manipulator", is designed to tilt and rotate products in a position convenient for welding (cutting) with welding speed at automatic, semi-automatic and manual electric arc welding. The manipulator can be used for automatic welding of butt and corner ring seams, manual and semi-automatic welding of rectilinear and ring seams and other work requiring turning or tilting of products.

Manipulators are manufactured in version U3 for operation in temperate climate areas at ambient air temperature from minus 10°C to plus 45°C, with relative humidity not exceeding 98% at temperature plus 25°C, at an altitude not exceeding 1000 m above sea level. 2.3 The equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated place, protected from rain, humidity and dust, sheltered from direct sunlight and rain; keep away from moving structures.
