White Terry Cotton Wipe Cloth for Cleaning and Household Use

Bleached cotton terry cloth is manufactured in the Russian Federation. For manufacturing cotton yarn is used (raw material composition: 100% cotton), the cloth of napkins in coupons is formed by weaving machines from three types of yarn: root (ground) basis, pile (loop) basis, weft. The cloth of napkins in coupons undergoes bleaching in batch type machines.

The bleached wet cloth is dried on a drying and sewing finishing line. Longitudinal cutting and longitudinal hemstitching takes place on an automatic line. Cross-stitching is done on shuttle-type sewing machines.

Napkin density from 210 g/m2 to 750 g/m2. Width from 0.3 m to 0.45 m. Length from 0.3 m to 0.45 m.

Produced products correspond to 1 grade, the structure, finish, physical-mechanical and physical-chemical properties comply with: GOST 11027-2014 TR TS 017/2011 (On the safety of light industry products).
