Balance rocker consists of a wooden bar, which is bolted to a metal base, rolling is done by rolling bearings. On the edges of the wooden bar there are metal seat frames with plywood backrests with hand-painted football-themed artwork and shock-absorbing dampers made of reinforced rubber.
