Wound Stator for Hydro Generator SV 995/233-30 - Reliable Energy Generation

The stator as part of the hydro generator SV 995/233 30 UHL4 is designed to generate electrical power in continuous rated mode S1 according to GOST IEC 60034-1-2014 when the generator is directly connected to a hydraulic vertical radial-axis turbine and installed inside the engine room of a hydroelectric power plant at an altitude of about 153 m above sea level. The main components of the stator are: casing, core, winding. The core is made non-disconnectable. The core is ring-formed at the place of installation, the assembly process includes operations to create a pre-stressed state of this unit to avoid the possibility of core warping during the stator operation and the occurrence of increased vibrations. In the core grooves there is a two-layer looped rod winding with five parallel branches per phase.
