Zinc Selenide for Vacuum Deposition - Cylindrical Targets for Thin Film Applications

Zinc selenide for vacuum spraying, TU 20.59.59-002-38857157-2023. It is yellow tablets or targets in the form of cylinders with height from 4 to 30 mm and diameter from 8 to 300 mm or granules with size from 1 to 10 mm, insoluble in water. The chemical formula is ZnSe.

Transparency area is 0.55-16 µm. Refractive index n in the film at l= 550 nm is 2.5-2.55. Apparent density is 5.0-5.2 g/cm3.

The delivery set includes the product packed in polyethylene cans or bags, provided with labels indicating the contents of the cans or bags, as well as a document on the quality of the product.
