Description
Designed for determination of activated partial thromboplastin time (hereinafter - APTT) in blood plasma to detect a wide range of coagulation disorders and monitoring of heparin therapy. For use on all types of semi-automatic and automatic coagulometers. Kit composition: APTB-reagent, lyophilically dried (4.0 ml/fl.) - 7 vials; Calcium chloride 0.025 M solution (10.0 ml/fl.) - 3 vials.
