Active Prosthetic Hand (Traction Type) PR0-A.1 for Independent Living

Designed to ensure the actions of disabled people (according to the level of amputation) for self-care in the home and public places, as well as to compensate for a cosmetic defect.

The prosthesis shall consist of a receiving sleeve, a mechanical hand, a cosmetic sheath, a wrist assembly, elements for fixing the prosthesis on the residual limb, and active control elements. The receiving sleeve is made of laminated plastic based on bonding resins or thermoplastics with the possibility of using a foam insert for tight fixation of the residual limb. To ensure control of the prosthesis (active opening of the fingers of the hand), there should be a link attached to the grip mechanism and connected to the axillary attachment loop at the level of the elbow (with the use of a bandage frame or other individual element). The application of the cosmetic sheath is made in analogy with the production of a cosmetic hand prosthesis.
