Asphalt Patching Trailer BCM-24.5 for Effective Road Repair Applications

A set of equipment for road patching by pneumatic spraying. It is used for repair of potholes and cracks. Does not require preliminary preparation of asphalt concrete surface, work can be carried out in unfavourable weather conditions.

Bitumen emulsion supply due to overpressure in the vessel created by the compressor of the diesel engine. Crushed stone is fed by a blower, which is driven by a 4-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine MMZ. The emulsion tank is equipped with a wide loading hatch, which facilitates and speeds up loading of the material.

The tank is designed to process more than 15 tonnes of crushed stone - enough for a full day of patching. Flushing and cleaning of the spraying system is carried out with diesel fuel with subsequent utilisation of cleaning products. The temperature of the emulsion is maintained by a thermostatically controlled 220-volt heater, which is connected to any 12.5 power source.
