Automated hydrogen furnace APVD

Description

Automated gas-vacuum hood furnaces are designed for heat treatment processes (soldering, thermodiffusion, annealing, etc.) of products in vacuum. It can be used for other heat treatment processes with maximum temperature up to 2500 °C. The furnaces are electric resistance furnaces of batch action with a stationary hearth and vertically moving heating chambers (hoods). The automated control system is based on a programmable logic controller, which allows programming of furnace operation, automatic control and monitoring of temperature in the chamber, control of pumping systems and the degree of vacuum in the working chamber.
