Automatic Washing Machine AM800 ECO for Effective Parts Cleaning

Automatic washing unit AM800 ECO (APU 800) is a washing chamber with a closed circuit. The parts washer is designed for cleaning from coolant, oil and mechanical contaminants of machine components, engines, industrial machines and other equipment.

The temperature and cycle time are set on the control panel. The rotation of the basket ensures the necessary positioning of the parts in front of the collectors. The U-shape of the ramps allows washing the parts from the top, bottom and sides within a set time. The AM series automatic rinsers are designed for use with slightly alkaline solutions. Normal tap water is used to fill the tank.

The ruler is equipped with two types of basket movement drive - jet and electromechanical. When using electromechanical drive, the basket with parts rotates evenly with a frequency of 5-10 rpm.
