BIV 7 Photo-Video Measurement Complex for Vehicle Speed Monitoring in Real-Time

The hardware and software measuring complexes with photo-video fixation "BIV 7" is designed to measure the speed of vehicles in automatic mode by video frames and radar method, in the control zone and on the controlled road section, to measure the values of current time synchronised with the national time scale UTC(SU) and to determine the coordinates of the complexes, as well as photo-video fixation of administrative offences in the field of road traffic. The complex is a special technical means operating in automatic mode and having photo and video recording functions to ensure fixation of administrative offences with vehicle tracking algorithm.
Modification of complexes BIV 7/B includes a video sensor with a video camera and an external control cabinet, in which the controller with software is placed.
