Chest Press Hammer Strength Machine for Improving Upper Body Strength

The exercise in this simulator is the chest press. Levers of the machine during the exercise move along a certain arc-shaped trajectory. At the beginning of the movement of the chest press in this simulator occurs with a wide grip, then the handles are brought together.

This movement maximises the stretching and contraction of the chest muscles. As a result, the pectoral muscles are effectively worked. As it is known, training for a greater range of muscle stretching provides greater hypertrophy compared to the exercise, which involves not the full length of the muscle.

The supporting structure is made of 60x80 mm profile, wall thickness 2 mm. The frame is powder coated.
