Controlled Atmosphere Welding System for Active Metals - Ideal for Precision Welding

The welding unit with controlled atmosphere is designed for technological operations on electric arc welding of parts from chemically active metals and alloys on their basis in inert environment. Control of the working process - switching on and off the welding arc, regulation of the welding current - is performed manually on the control panel of the welding arc power source. Additional smooth regulation of the welding current is carried out remotely using a foot controller (pedal). Vacuuming and argon purging processes are controlled remotely using the touch screen control panel. Vacuuming and argon purging processes are controlled both in manual and automatic mode.
