Description

The D003 data acquisition module allows processing, storage and transmission of signals from analogue transducers (including IEPE). D003 does not require additional cooling system and is used for monitoring and diagnostics of industrial objects and mechanisms with the possibility of automatic response to abnormal modes of operation (adjustment, protective shutdown, notification, etc.). The device is made in industrial PC form factor on the basis of 4-channel 24-bit high-resolution ADC.

Integration of modules into the local network of the enterprise can be performed by means of 2 built-in Gigabit Ethernet interfaces or Wi-Fi module, which allows to create a distributed system of vibration diagnostics at the enterprise with centralised cloud data storage. The module includes diagnostic software "GTLd", which allows analysing the condition of the following types of mechanisms: rolling bearings, friction bearings, ball screws, belt, gear, chain transmissions, pumps, comp...
