Elar PlanScan A3-KS Planetary Scanner for High-Quality Document Digitization

ELAR PlanScan A2-KS is designed for non-contact colour, halftone and black-and-white digitisation of books, magazines and catalogues, newspapers, stapled documents of various kinds, dilapidated and non-standard stapled materials, including those with a dense spine that does not allow opening the document more than 120 degrees. The complex provides the ability to scan documents up to A2+ format, as well as translucent originals, glossy materials. The unique optical system guarantees high quality of electronic images at any condition of the original. The main features of the <KS> modification are the presence of a flat hinged glass, which allows you to carefully press the original to the glass from below in order to smooth the pages. Digitisation parameters setting and scanning control is made through the touch screen monitor, with the possibility of previewing the document location in the scanning area in real time.
