Explosion-proof cranes (hereinafter - cranes) are lifting and transporting technical devices of cyclic action for lifting and moving loads, with explosion-proof electrical equipment, which exclude the possibility of sparking of the mechanical part during their operation; the temperature of heating of the external surfaces of which in the nominal mode of operation is lower than the auto-ignition temperature of explosive mixtures or the smouldering temperature for smouldering dusts.
