Description

Purpose, field of application: The flour sifting machine MP-2 (hereinafter referred to as the machine) is designed to mechanise the process of separating flour from foreign objects, as well as for loosening and aeration of flour.

The machine is used as processing equipment in bakery production.

The machine is operated in premises with ambient air temperature from +10 °? to +35 °? at relative humidity not more than 80%, UHL 4.2. GOST 15150.

Distinctive features: Realisation of loading by means of a lifting mechanism. The flour can be cleaned of various impurities thanks to the original design of the sieving head (magnetic catcher and sieve). Additional oxygenation of flour due to its forced mixing in the sieving head, which leads to an increase in the quality of dough. The design of the machine for sifting flour is simple and easy to operate. .
