Description

Designed for accurate dispensing of small portions of any liquid and paste-like process materials with a wide range of viscosity. ND-35 dispensers minimise dispensing errors through precise compressed air pressure control and a microprocessor controlled high accuracy timer. The liquid filled into the industrial syringe is acted upon by a pneumatic pulse generated by the dispenser. Upon entering the syringe, the timed pneumatic pulse displaces a precise portion of liquid through a calibrated nozzle. The dose volume depends on several parameters: compressed air pressure, pneumopulse time, liquid viscosity, diameter, length and shape of the dispensing nozzle.
