ELAR PlanScan A1-50 - Large Format Scanner for Efficient Document Digitization

PlanScan A1-50 are special modifications of PlanScan A1 scanner designed for processing large-format originals weighing up to 35 kg and spine thickness up to 35 or 50 cm respectively. The motorised floor book cradle and full-size, flat pressure glass provide reliable fixation of the material both in flat mode (180 degrees) and when scanning stapled documents with incomplete opening (140 degrees). This approach allows high-quality digitisation of any, even the most complex originals: thick and stapled documents with a stiff spine or dense stitching without causing damage.
