Laser Technology Welding Complex for 3D Applications LTCK4 - High Precision Metal Welding

The complex for laser 3D welding of large-sized products LTSK41 is designed for: spot and seam manual and automated precision laser welding of metals, refractory materials, alloys with focused spot of powerful ytterbium fibre laser.

The complex can be developed in 3-, 4- and 5-axis design, which allows 3D processing.

The following welds can be made: straight, shaped (according to an arbitrary flat drawing), circular welds on rotating parts (using a rotary drive).

Depth of weld: 1-7 mm (depending on laser power, type of metal, weld joint design).

Workable materials: ferrous and stainless steel, kovar, titanium, aluminium and other weldable metals and alloys.
