Marmite for second dishes RCM21A City, trade mark

Second course marmite belongs to the "City" serving line of the Refettorio brand. Marmite is designed for short-term storage of hot second dishes in functional containers and their distribution to the consumer. The table top is made of stainless steel.

Heat carrier is steam. Type of electric heating device - plate electric heater (PEN). Marmite is equipped with a glass shelf.

Maximum distributed load on the glass shelf is 15kg. It has LED lighting of the working area. On the staff side there is a niche for inventory.

As an additional option, the niche can be equipped with a leaf door. The standard delivery set does not include the guide, doors, gastronorms, front and side panels (optional). The material of the front panels is porcelain stoneware.

The width of the counter indicated in its name does not include the width of the side panels. The full overall width dimension is given in the drawing of the general view of the counter.
