R65 Type Switch for Continuous Rail Surface - Efficient Train Track Transition

Designed for transfer of rolling stock from one track to another. It is used on the main tracks of railway lines with mixed freight and passenger train traffic and speeds of passenger trains on the straight track up to 200 km/hour. Design features: transfers: separate fastening; elastic rod terminals Skl; pads with flanges; with subsequent welding of rail joints in the way aluminium-thermite method; switches: flexible shackles with welded rail ends; welded pads with pads; elastic U-shaped spring terminals; headset with an external short-circuit; crosses: with a continuous rolling surface with a flexible core; headset with an external short-circuit.
