Rapid Freezing Equipment SMA-PA Series for Food Preservation and Storage

Cooling equipment for rapid freezing of products at a temperature of about -40 degrees Celsius for the purpose of their further storage and transport in frozen form. In plate speed freezers products are stacked between sliding plates, inside which circulates refrigerant or coolant. A self-contained apparatus includes compressor-receiver unit and hydraulic station, which simplifies its installation and preparation for commissioning.

The units are delivered in assembled condition. The units are supplied complete with control panels/cabinets (optional). The apparatus is supplied with a set of operating documentation (operating manual, data sheet).

The apparatus is labelled. Warranty period of operation of the apparatus - 12 months from the date of commissioning, but not more than 18 months from the date of shipment.
