Seated Leg Extension Machine for Effective Leg Strengthening

Bearing structure is made of 60x60 mm profile, wall thickness 2 mm. The structure has radial bends, which significantly increases its strength. The frame is powder painted.

The weight block consisting of steel plates covered with PVC is used as a weighting device, which makes the work on the trainer silent. The force is transmitted by means of only 2 roller blocks, which simplifies the construction and increases the reliability of the mechanism. The load is adjusted by adjusting the adjusting pin (lock) fixed on the elastic cord.

The flute and guides are plated with complex nickel and chrome plating. The load block protection is made of impact-resistant polystyrene.
