Description

The slide cover is welded. It is installed between the trough of the spar beam and the mating part of the slide on the frame of the freight wagon. It protects the elements of the bogie and the wagon frame from wear and tear. The bogie caps with safety bolts and adjusting shims are installed on the supports of the spar beam to adjust the gaps between the bogie slides and the bogie body slides of the wagon. The bogie slides support the wagon body under the action of lateral forces.
