Steel Ball Valves ALSO Series RS for Seamless Pipeline Integration

Steel ball valves ALSO RS are designed under the import substitution programme (construction lengths according to DIN 3202). Designed to replace imported valves without changing the design of the pipeline. Ball valves ALSO RS with all-welded body are designed for water of external and internal heating networks at the temperature of the carrier up to 200 ° C, including water in the circuits of heating networks in accordance with the requirements of PTE "Requirements for the quality of network water".

They are also used for installation on pipelines and structures on them, transporting non-aggressive natural gas, liquefied hydrocarbons, petroleum products and other liquid and gaseous media, in relation to which the valve materials are corrosion-resistant. Body and spigots of ball valves ALSO RS are made of seamless pipe (St.09G2S). Support rings of L-shape are made of stainless steel.

Ball valves ALSO RS are subdivided: Connection type: flanged, under welding, coupling, combined, socket, trunnion, trunnion; DN 10-600, PN 16-40; nominal passage: full, reduced.
