Three-Seater Bench with Backrest for Comfortable Seating

Size: 1800x580x800mm. The frame consists of multilayer, moisture-resistant birch plywood 15mm thick. The seat is made of 50mm PPU, density 30kg/m3.

Upholstery material of 1,2 categories. The bottom of the module is covered with spunbond 60 g/m2. The product is mounted on a metal frame made of cold-rolled profile pipe, cross-section 50x25x1,5 mm, with supports made of 6 mm steel sheet with laser cutting.

The two profiles of the frame and the two parts of the support are joined together by welding for strength. The soft elements are connected to the steel frame by means of 6x20mm hexagon socket screws. Painting is done by applying polymer powder to the grounded product in an electrostatic field with subsequent curing at T - 180-200°C.
