Description

The TB-400 circulation drum is designed for coating the surface of the baked workpiece with glaze before it is fed to the mesh conveyor for cooling and drying. It is installed as part of the gingerbread production line. Product loading into the drum is done through a tray attached to the frame, which prevents the drum from shifting along the axis of rotation
