Description
The TM2 series pressure sensor is a semiconductor device belonging to microelectromechanical systems that converts physical pressure into an electrical signal. The TM2 series includes pressure sensors in housings with rubber sealing ring or with flange for welding, with housing diameters of 17 and 19 mm, in 6-pin and 7-pin versions with or without additional flexible leads. The TM2 series is characterised by high temperature stability due to the design of the device.
The series is represented by pressure sensors with errors of 0.15 per cent, 0.25 per cent, 0.5 per cent.
