Ultrasonic Diagnostic Gel "Mediagel" with Aloe Vera for Effective Imaging

Mediagel with Aloe Vega juice is indicated for use as a contact medium for ultrasound diagnostics and therapy. For example, echography, duplex scanning and other ultrasound studies, including transvaginal, transrectal, ultrasonophoresis, ultrasound cavitation (liposuction) and RF-lifting (if the instructions for the device does not require the use of a special, non-gel contact medium for RF-therapy). The gel has a high viscosity, which creates effective contact between the ultrasound machine arm or scanner transducer and the patient's body, ensuring optimal ultrasound transmission.

The gel is also intended as a contact medium for photo and laser cosmetology procedures (e.g. laser and IPL hair removal if the technology requires a contact gel). As the gel contains Aloe Vega juice, it can be used for patients with hypersensitive skin, providing moisturising and soothing effects.
